Final Selection –

  • Stenographer Grade-III & Typist: Aggregate of (1) % marks in qualifying examination, (2) % marks in qualifying test, and (3) marks secured in interview.

In case of a tie in total marks, the older candidate will be ranked higher in the merit order.

Document Verification – Shortlisted/selected candidates must produce original documents for academic qualification, date of birth, reservation claims, and identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, etc.), along with character certificates from two unrelated persons and one from the head of the institution last attended (not older than 6 months).
