The selection will be done through an interview of eligible candidates. There is no written exam.
- Stage 1: Shortlisting- Eligible applications will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:10 in order of merit based on the prescribed qualification.
- Stage 2: Interview- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, where they must bring the filled application form, original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies.
- Stage 3: Medical Examination- Before joining, the selected candidate must pass a medical examination by BHEL’s authorised medical officer.
No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.
