The selection for Forester-I and Forest Guard posts will be a multi-stage process:
- Physical Fitness Test: A walking test of 26 Kms for male and 16 Kms for female candidates, to be completed within 4 hours.
- Written Examination: An objective-type, multiple-choice exam of 3 hours duration carrying 100 marks. There is no negative marking.
- Viva-Voce Test: An interview carrying 20 marks for candidates who qualify in the written exam.
