C-MET Eligibility 2026
- Scientist Positions (B, C, E): B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc. or M.E/M.Tech or Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Material Sciences, Metallurgy, or related engineering fields. Post-qualification experience requirements vary from 0 to 12 years depending on the level and degree held.
- Programme Coordinator: B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc. or higher with 5–10 years of experience in R&D coordination and review mechanisms.
- Finance Officer: MBA/PGDM/M.Com (Finance) with 3 years’ experience OR B.Com with 6 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Administrative Officer: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with 3 years’ experience OR Graduate with 6 years’ experience in Administration/Establishment.
- Scientific Assistant IV: Post Graduation in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering fields.
