1. Dy. General Manager (General): 02 Nos. (UR-02)
Educational Qualification: IInd Class Post Graduate Degree preferably in Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Industrial Relations.
Experience: At least 03 years experience in Govt. Sector OR At least 03 years experience in Private Sector
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-45 years as on 31.08.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.32900/- Rs.58000/-
2. Assistant General Manager (General): 06 Nos. (UR-04, SC-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in second class preferably in Economics/Commerce/Business Administration /Industrial Relations.
Experience: At least 06 years experience in Govt. Sector OR At least 06 years experience in Private Sector
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 31.08.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.24900/- Rs.50500/-
3. Manager (General): 06 Nos. (UR-02, OBC-01, ST-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree preferably in Economics/Commerce/Business Administration/Industrial Relations.
Experience: At least 04 years experience in Govt. Sector
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 31.08.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.20600/- Rs.46500/-
4. Manager (Accounts): 02 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: A member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants or of the Institute of Costs & Works Accountant with two years experience or a degree in second class in Commerce or Business Administration, with specialization in finance or accounts.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 31.08.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.20600/- Rs.46500/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Test and Personal Interview. Personal interview for all posts will be held at New Delhi.
