The CGDA Young Professional application process is through email only. Candidates need to send their application in the prescribed format (Annexure-I) along with supporting documents. No hard copy is required. Follow the steps below carefully:

  1. Download the official notification from the CGDA website (https://cgda.nic.in).
  2. Download the prescribed application proforma (Annexure-I) given at the end of the notification.
  3. Fill in all personal details: name, father/mother/husband name, date of birth, age as on 08.03.2026, gender, correspondence address, permanent address, mobile number, and email ID.
  4. Affix a latest passport size photograph duly self-attested across the photograph.
  5. Fill in academic qualifications (in reverse order, starting from the latest): qualification, board/university/institute, stream, year of passing, marks/division/CGPA.
  6. Fill in professional qualifications (if any) in reverse order.
  7. Fill in work experience details: name of organisation, designation, period (from-to), total period, place of posting, and responsibilities in brief. Minimum 2 years of work experience is required.
  8. Fill in current work profile (organisation, position, date of appointment).
  9. Write a short note on professional reference.
  10. Write a Statement of Purpose (maximum 500 words).
  11. Enclose a self-undertaking that no criminal record and no criminal case are pending against the applicant in a court of law.
  12. Sign the declaration at the end of the application form.
  13. Scan the completely filled application form along with all supporting documents (proof of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience certificates, professional certifications, etc.).
