- Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering: Degree in relevant branch of Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

CIL Management Trainee Salary & Bond Details 2026
- Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – 1,80,000 (E-1 grade). Initial basic pay during training: ₹60,000 per month.
- Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance, HRA, cafeteria allowances, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Leave, Medical facilities, CMPF, Gratuity, Executive Defined Contribution Pension Scheme, etc.
- Service Bond: Appointed candidates must serve a minimum of 60 months. A service bond of ₹3 lakhs is to be executed at joining. ₹5,000 per month will be deducted towards bond money, refundable (without interest) after completion of 60 months of service.
