CSU Delhi Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

A. Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • College Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science with 55% marks and NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. as per UGC norms.
  • Section Officer: Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years experience as Assistant (Level-6) or 8 years as UDC (Level-4).
  • Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years experience as UDC or equivalent.
  • Professional Assistant: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science with relevant experience.
  • Upper Division Clerk (UDC): Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years experience as LDC + Typing Speed (Eng 35 wpm/Hindi 30 wpm).
  • Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Bachelor’s Degree + Typing Speed (Eng 35 wpm/Hindi 30 wpm).

B. Age Limit:

  • LDC & UDC: Maximum 32 Years.
  • Assistant, Section Officer, Professional Assistant: Maximum 35 Years.
  • College Librarian: As per UGC/Government of India norms.
  • Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Government of India rules.
