Post-wise Details & Eligibility
1. Research Associateship (Chemistry)
- Vacancies: 01
- Qualification: Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Chemistry/Relevant discipline from a recognized university. Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis may also appear.
- Maximum Age: 35 Years (Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC Non-Creamy Layer).
2. Junior Research Fellowship

- Discipline 1 (Chemistry/Material Science/Polymer Science): Post Graduate degree in relevant Basic Sciences in First Division with NET qualification.
- Discipline 2 (Chemical Engg/Material Science & Engg/Polymer Science & Tech):
- B.E./B.Tech. in relevant discipline in First Division with NET/GATE, OR
- M.E./M.Tech. in relevant discipline in First Division at both Graduate & Post Graduate levels.
Maximum Age: 28 Years (Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC Non-Creamy Layer).

DMSRDE Fellowship Stipend & Benefits
- Research Associate (RA): ₹67,000/- per month
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): ₹37,000/- per month (₹42,000/- in the 2nd year on satisfactory progress)
- Contingency Grant:
- JRF: Up to ₹15,000/- per annum (reimbursement basis), may increase to ₹20,000/- in subsequent years.
- RA: Up to ₹20,000/- per annum.
- HRA: Eligible as per Government rules.
- Medical Facilities: Available for self through MI Room in the campus.
- Note: DA, CCA, Bonus, Retirement benefits are not applicable.
