Educational Qualification: Should be a semi-qualified or qualified Company Secretary preferably with a Degree in Law.
Experience:
i) Should have minimum 02 years’ post qualification experience.
ii) Candidate having exposure in drafting of contracts, agreements, deeds & other legal documents will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 31/03/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.23,000/- per month.
The candidate will be appointed on Contract basis for a period of One year, which can be extended depending upon on project requirements. The vacancy is for Company Secretariat Office, Hyderabad.
Note:- First Class will be relaxed to Second Class with 50% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test/ Interview. The Written Test/ Interview will be held at Hyderabad only.
