1. CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 14 Nos. (Gen-09, SC-01, BC/OBC-04)
Educational Qualification: i) Degree of Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent from a recognized University.
ii) Should have passed Matriculation examination with Hindi/ Punjabi as one of the subject.
iii) Should have proficiency in computer operation.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01.01.2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18,575/- per month.
2. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (Gen-02, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Degree of Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent from a recognized University.
ii) Speed of 80 wpm in English Shorthand and 20 wpm in Transcription of the same.
iii) Should have proficiency in computer.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01.01.2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18,575/- per month.
Candidates will be appointed on Adhoc basis for a period of Six months.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Computer Proficiency Test and Shorthand / Typing Test wherever applicable.
