DEFENCE RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (DRDO) WILL CONDUCT WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR 08 POSTS OF RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (RA) AND JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF). WALK-IN DATE — Between 28/05/2018 and 31/05/2018
1. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (RA)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D or equivalent degree on a topic related to Thermoelectric materials or modules.
OR Having 03 years of Research, Teaching or Design & Development experience in Thermoelectric materials or modules area after M.Sc or equivalent in Physics or M.E/ M.Tech in Material Science & Engineering/ Technology with at least one research paper in Science citation index (SCI) journal.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on the date of interview.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
2. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc or equivalent in Physics with first division and should have qualified NET/ GATE/ JEST.
OR B.E/ B.Tech in Material Science & Engineering/ Technology in first division with NET/ GATE qualification.
OR M.E/ M.Tech Degree in professional course in Material Science & Engineering/ Technology in first division, both at graduate and post graduate level.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on the date of interview.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
3. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc or equivalent in Chemistry with first division and should have qualified NET/ GATE/ JEST.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on the date of interview.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
4. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science & Information Technology in first division with NET/ GATE qualification.
OR M.E/ M.Tech Degree in professional course in Computer Science & Information Technology in first division, both at graduate and post graduate level.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on the date of interview.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
The vacancies are for DRDO Project at Defence Laboratory. Candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis for a period of two (02) years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
