Engineers India Limited Management Trainee Salary 2025
Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training period. Upon successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as Engineers in the regular pay scale.
Stipend During Training: Rs. 60,000/- per month. In addition, candidates will either be provided with accommodation and transport or will receive a fixed allowance of Rs. 15,000/- per month in lieu thereof.
Salary on Absorption: The pay scale on absorption is Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000.
Approximate CTC: The approximate CTC on absorption is Rs. 19.25 to Rs. 20.31 Lakhs per annum, including superannuation benefits and performance-related pay.
