1. EXECUTIVE
No. of Vacancies: 11 Nos. (UR-05, SC-01, ST-02, OBC-03)
Discipline wise vacancies:
i) Finance & Accounts: 04 posts
ii) Personnel & Administration: 02 posts
iii) Materials Management: 04 posts
iv) System Analysis & Programming (SAP): 01 post
Educational Qualification:
i) For Finance & Accounts: CA/ICMA/MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/ Institution.
ii) For Personnel & Administration: Graduate in any discipline with two years full time MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management from a recognized University/ Institution or Post Graduate Degree in Labour and Social Welfare or fill time two years Diploma in Personnel Management, MA in Sociology from a recognized University/ Institution. Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institution will be an added advantage.
iii) For Materials Management: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least two years MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Materials Management/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Marketing/ International Trade from a recognized University/ Institution.
iv) For System Analysis & Programming (SAP): Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering, Computer Programming or MCA or Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication Engg. from a recognized University/ Institution, CA, ICWA with two years full time Post Graduate Diploma in SAP/ ERP from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: One year and above post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Below 28 years as on 31.03.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.30000-1,20,000/-
2. JUNIOR MANAGER (MAINTENANCE) MECHANICAL
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electronics Engineering from a recognized University.
Diploma holders from recognized University/ Institution in the above discipline can also apply for the post.
Experience: 03 years & above post qualification experience for Degree holders and 06 years & above post qualification experience for Diploma holders.
Age Limit: Below 30 years as on 31.03.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.40000-1,40,000/-
3. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (MECHANICAL)

Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electronics Engineering from a recognized University.
Diploma holders from recognized University/ Institution in the above discipline can also apply for the post.
Experience: 15 years and above post qualification experience out of which must have worked at least 01 year in the immediate lower grade.
Age Limit: Below 55 years as on 31.03.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.1,00,000-2,60,000/-
Note: Candidates should have secured 60% marks in Degree/ Diploma qualification except for CA/ICMA.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test/ Trade Test and Interview.
