FMGE June 2026 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria ensure that only qualified foreign medical graduates participate. Candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Nationality: Must be an Indian Citizen or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI).
- Educational Qualification: Must possess a primary medical qualification (MBBS or equivalent) confirmed by the concerned Indian Embassy as a recognized qualification for enrolment as a medical practitioner in that country.
- Final Exam Cut-off Date: The final examination for the primary medical qualification must have been declared on or before 30th April 2026.
- Eligibility Certificate (EC): Candidates who took admission abroad on or after 15th March 2002 (and not during exempted periods) must possess an Eligibility Certificate from the NMC/MCI. For admissions on or after May 2018, a valid NEET-UG score card is mandatory in lieu of an EC.

Steps to Apply Online for FMGE June 2026
Candidates must follow the steps below to complete their online application without errors. The application process involves registration, form filling, document upload, and fee payment.
- Visit the Official Website: Go to the NBEMS website at https://natboard.edu.in and click on the FMGE June 2026 link.
- New User Registration: Click on “New Registration” to create a User ID and Password. Your registered Email ID and Mobile Number will be verified via OTP.
- Login to the Portal: Use your newly created User ID and Password to log in to the applicant portal.
- Fill the Application Form: Enter all required personal, educational, and identification details carefully. Note that your Name, Nationality, Email, Aadhaar, Mobile Number, and Test City cannot be edited later.
- Upload Prescribed Documents & Images: Upload scanned copies of the required documents as per specifications:

The FMGE is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) comprising a single paper with 300 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), divided into two parts.
