Heavy Vehicles Factory, Avadi requires Photographer, Asst., Fireman and Durwan. Last Dt. 04/01/2013

Heavy Vehicles Factory, Chennai is inviting application on plain paper duly typed as per format for the posts of 14 Nos. — Photographer, Blood Transfusion Assistant, Fireman and Durwan. Interested and eligible candidates may submit their Application form within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement (see below). Educational qualification norms and criteria are as follows —

1. Photographer: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation with diploma in Photography and two years experience in Photography.
Age: 27yrs.

2. Blood Transfusion Assistant: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent with Science subjects and Diploma in Medical Laboratory and must have working knowledge of computers.
Age: 32yrs.

3. Fireman: 3 Nos.
Qualification: Class 10 pass and must have completed minimum 6 months duration basic course on elementary fire fighting .
Candidates must be physically fit for performing strenuous duties. Physical Standards— Height: 165cms; Chest (unexpanded): 81.5cms, Chest (expanded): 85cms; Weight: minimum 50kgs.
Age: Between 18yrs to 27yrs.

4. Durwan: 09 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and must meet the following physical standards— Height: 165cms; Chest (unexpanded): 77cms, Chest (expanded): 82cms; Weight: minimum 45kgs.
Age: Between 20yrs to 27yrs.

Pay Scale : Rs.5200—20200 with Grade Pay: Rs.1900 (Grade Pay: Rs.1800 for the post of Durwan).

Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and Technical test (as applicable). Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test will be there for the post of Fireman/ Durwan. See the advt. below for details.

The Application form must be enclosed with the attested copies of testimonials in support of eligibility such as Qualification certificate, age proof, caste and etc. Attestation must be done by Gazetted Officer.
