STENOGRAPHER (CLASS-III)
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification:
i) Graduation degree from a recognized University.
ii) Candidates must be having speed of 100 wpm in English Stenography and accurate transcription of the matter dictated within a period of 5 times to the time allotted for dictation and typing speed in English at 50 wpm on computers.
Experience: Three years as Steno-Typist or Judgment Writer or Stenographer in any Govt. office or reputed Organization.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 45 years as on 01.01.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4400/-
The benefit of reservation will be admissible only to the candidates, who are bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Typing Test/ Written Test/ Interview or Viva-Voce Test.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.300/- as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and the other copy is to be send along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), at the below given address so as to reach on or before 01.06.2018.
