1. SENIOR SCALE STENOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (OM-01, SC-01, ST-01, RBA-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduation from any recognized University with Diploma in Stenography.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.9300- 34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
2. JUNIOR SCALE STENOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (OM-01, SC-01, ST-01, RBA-02)
Educational Qualification: Graduation from any recognized University and Diploma in Stenography.
Experience: Candidate should have two years experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.9300- 34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
3. STENO-TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (RBA-01, LAC-01, OM-01, SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduation from any recognized University.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
4. JUNIOR ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 21 Nos. (OM-13, ST-02, RBA-04, SC-02)
Educational Qualification: Graduation from any recognized University.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
5. READER
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (OM-01, ST-01, RBA-01)
Educational Qualification: Law Graduate (Professional) from any recognized University.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.9300- 34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4800/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 03 years for SC/ST/RBA/ALC/OSC and 02 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Shorthand Test, Typing Test and Viva-voce Test wherever applicable. Shorthand and type writing test with minimum per minute speed of 80 words and 40 words respectively/ 70 words and 35 words respectively/ 60 words and 30 words respectively wherever applicable.
