HPCL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfil the following eligibility conditions to apply for the HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainee (Engineering) posts.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold an Engineering Graduation degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation, recognised by the Board of Technical Education/UGC/AICTE or an equivalent authority. Candidates must have completed their engineering graduation on or after 1st September 2023; those who completed it before this date are not eligible.
Candidates belonging to UR/OBC-NC must have secured 60% aggregate marks, while candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD (VH/HH/OH/MD) must have secured 50% aggregate marks across all years/semesters of the qualifying examination.
Age Limit
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 25 years, as on 31st July 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as follows:
- 5 years for SC/ST candidates
- 3 years for OBC-NC candidates
- 10 years for PwBD candidates
