Eligibility Criteria for HPSC Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Section Officer
- Candidate must have Passed a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with 03 (three) years of regular service in the Department/ Board/ Corporation/ Autonomous Body/ University/ Co-operative Bank of the State of Himachal Pradesh
Age Limit: Candidates’ age limit should be a Minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 45 years as of 1st January 2024
Pay Scale:- Pay Band Level – 13 Rs.46000 to 146500/-
Selection Process for HPSC Recruitment 2024
The selection process for HPSC Recruitment 2024 begins with a screening test, which consists of two papers. Each paper should have a minimum pass mark of 40% and an aggregate of 45%, but the percentage is less than 5% for the reserved category respectively. Final selection will be strictly in order of merit. The commission will notify the final list of candidates selected for training for the Part-1 and Part-2 examinations.

How to Apply for HPSC Recruitment 2024
Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPSC) – https://hpsc.gov.in/en-us/ (See the Application form’s link given below).
Once registered, navigate to the “Recruitment Portal” section, select “Assistant Professor Application Form” and complete the online application by entering the required details. Upload the required documents, pay the application fee, and carefully review the form for accuracy before submitting. After successful submission, make sure to print a copy of the form for future reference.

For General, General Physically Disabled, EWS, and Wards of Freedom Fighter categories – Rs.600/-
For Candidates from Other States – Rs.600
SC, ST, OBC, and Wards of SC/ST/OBC Freedom Fighter, EWS under UR – BPL categories – Rs.150/-
For Ex-Servicemen candidates from Himachal Pradesh and Blind and Visually Impaired male candidates from the Himachal Pradesh – No Fee
