1. OFFICE ASSISTANT (MULTIPURPOSE)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and (ii) The candidates should have proficiency in local language of the area of for which they are applying.
Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on 01.06.2018
2. OFFICER SCALE-I (ASSISTANT MANAGER)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy.
ii) The candidates should have proficiency in local language of the area of for which they are applying.
Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 30 years as on 01.06.2018
3. OFFICER SCALE-II GENERAL BANKING OFFICER (MANAGER)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Experience: Two years experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Age Limit: Above 21 years and below 32 years as on 01.06.2018
4. OFFICER SCALE-II SPECIALIST OFFICERS (MANAGER)
(i) Chartered Accountant
(ii) Law Officer
(iii) Treasury Manager
(iv) Marketing Officer
(v) Agricultural Officer
Educational Qualification:
i) Information Technology Officer:- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 01 year experience in relevant field.
Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
ii) Chartered Accountant:- Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and 01 year experience as a Chartered Accountant.
iii) Law Officer:- Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 02 years experience as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period of not less than 02 years.
iv) Treasury Manager:- Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution and 01 year experience in relevant field.
v) Marketing Officer:- MBA in Marketing from a recognized university and 01 year experience in relevant field.
vi) Agricultural Officer:- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 02 years experience in relevant field.
Age Limit: Above 21 years and below 32 years as on 01.06.2018
5. OFFICER SCALE-III (SENIOR MANAGER)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Experience: Minimum 05 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Examination (Preliminary & Main Examination) and Interview, wherever applicable. The Preliminary Online Examination will be conducted tentatively between 11.08.2018 and 01.09.2018. The Main Online Examination will be conducted tentatively on 30.09.2018 and 07.10.2018 for Officers (I, II & III) and Office Assistant respectively.
The examination will be held at various centres across India. The Interview will be held in the month of November 2018.
