Eligibility Criteria – Post-wise Qualifications and Experience
Librarian (Pay Level-14): Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks, along with a Ph.D. in the relevant field and evidence of innovative library services. Requires at least 10 years of experience as Deputy Librarian at Pay Level-12, including a minimum 3 years at Pay Level-13A, in a Technical University, Educational Institute of National Importance, or a large Technical Library.
Superintendent Engineer (Pay Level-13): First class B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognised University. Requires at least 5 years regular service as Senior Executive Engineer at Pay Level-12, or 10 years as Executive Engineer at Pay Level-11, in Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous organisations dealing with building construction projects as per CPWD norms.
Deputy Librarian (Pay Level-12): Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science with at least 55% marks, a Ph.D. in the relevant field, and evidence of innovative library services. Requires at least 8 years as Assistant Librarian at Pay Level-10, with at least 2 years at Pay Level-11, in any Higher Education Institute, University, Educational Institute of National Importance, or large Scientific/Technical Library.
Deputy Registrar (Pay Level-12): Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks and five years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar at Pay Level-10 in Government, Universities, Statutory Organisations, or comparable high-repute organisations.
Executive Engineer – Civil/Electrical (Pay Level-11): First class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering. Requires 10 years of experience as Assistant Engineer at Pay Level-7 or above, OR 5 years as Assistant Executive Engineer at Pay Level-10 or above, in reputed Govt. Requires 5 years of relevant experience at Pay Level-7 or above as Assistant Engineer in construction, maintenance, designing, and planning of institutional buildings as per CPWD norms.
Sports Officer (Pay Level-10): Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports or Sports Science with first class, along with qualifying a UGC national level test; OR a Diploma in Coaching from the National Institute of Sports. Requires 5 years of experience in Central/State Educational Institutes, meritorious performance in National/International level events at least 3 times in the last 5 years, and evidence of organising competitions and coaching camps.

Pay & Benefits
All selected candidates will be entitled to pay as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix along with allowances and benefits admissible to Central Government employees posted in Kolkata. Appointees will be covered under the New Pension Scheme (NPS) of the Government of India and will also be eligible for Medical, LTC, and other benefits as per Institute/GoI norms. Appointment to all regular positions will initially be on probation for one year, extendable as necessary.
