- STEP-I: Candidate Registration – Create an account using your own personal Email ID and Mobile number. Login credentials will be sent to the registered email ID.
- STEP-II: Filling Up Candidate’s Details – Login and fill in Post Selection, Personal Details, Education Details, Experience Details, etc.
- STEP-III: Uploading of Photograph, Signature and requisite documents – Upload all required documents as per Table-B of the notification.
- STEP-IV: Preview and Submission – Preview the application carefully and submit it. Once submitted, details cannot be changed.
- Take a printout of the online submitted application form, sign it physically at the bottom right corner under declaration.
- Send the hardcopy along with self-attested photocopies of all documents to the address mentioned below.

IRCON Apprentice Selection Process 2026
There will be no interviews for IRCON Apprentice Recruitment 2026. The selection process is as follows:
- Eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit list formed on the basis of marks secured in essential Educational Qualification.
- The shortlisted candidates will be informed through email and through uploading of list on IRCON website.
- The candidates shortlisted on the basis of the information provided in the Application Form shall have to produce all original testimonials/certificates at the time of verification.

IRCON Apprentice Stipend 2026
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend based on their category. 50% of the stipend amount of minimum prescribed rate will be borne by the Govt. of India and disbursed through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) by the Board in the Aadhar-Seeded Savings Bank Account of the Apprentice.
