ITBP Driver Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2024: The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has announced the recruitment for 545 Constable (Driver) positions for male candidates. This position is classified under General Central Service, Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) and is on a temporary basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent. The selected candidates will be appointed to serve in various locations across India or potentially abroad. ITBP Constable Driver Physical Test
The board has set various physical tests that a candidate must clear.Candidates must have the following physical measurements to clear Physical standard test in order to get the constable Driver position. The Physical test is given below.
ITBP Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- 1.6 km race – 7.30 minutes
- 11 feet Long Jump -3 chances will be given
- 3½ Feet high jump – 3 chances will be given
ITBP Driver Physical Standard Test (PST)
Height and Chest:
- For General/SC/OBC category candidates – Height:170 cm and Chest: Unexpanded 80 cm and expended 85 cm
- For ST category – Height: 162.5 cm and Chest: Unexpanded 76 cm and expended 81 cm
- For candidates of Garhwali, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the state of Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir region of Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and Union territory of Ladakh – Height:165 cm and Chest: Unexpanded 78 cm and expended 83 cm
- For Candidates of North-Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura – Height:162.5 cm and Chest: Unexpanded 77 cm and expended 82 cm
ITBP Driver Written Exam Pattern 2024
- The Exam will be MCQ Based
- Each Question Will carry 1 Mark
- There will be no negative marking
- The Exam will be conducted in both English And Hindi language
- The level of questions will be of 10th Level
- The minimum qualifying marks for the UR, EWS and Ex-Servicemen shall be 35% and 33% for SC, ST, and OBC categories.
