JAC Delhi Admission 2026 – Registration Begins
Joint Admission Counselling (JAC) Delhi 2026, coordinated by Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), has launched its online registration process today. The counselling is being conducted for admission to B.Tech. and B.Arch. programmes across five premier Delhi Government-funded institutions. Admissions are based on JEE (Main) 2026 ranks and the entire process is being managed online with the support of the National Informatics Centre (NIC). A total of 7,765 seats in Engineering and 90 seats in B.Arch. are available through JAC Delhi 2026.
JAC Delhi 2026 – Highlights
Candidates who have qualified JEE (Main) 2026 and have secured at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at the Class XII level (70% for IIIT-Delhi) are eligible to apply. - Visit the official JAC Delhi 2026 portal at jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in.
- Authenticate yourself by entering your JEE (Main) 2026 application number, name, and date of birth.
- Enter your email ID and mobile number and verify them using the OTP sent to your credentials.
- Create a password for your JAC Delhi login. Your JEE (Main) 2026 application number will serve as your User ID.
- Fill in the online application form carefully with all personal, academic, and category details.
- Upload all required documents including Class XII marksheet, Class X certificate (for date of birth), category/sub-category certificates, and bonus point documents (if applicable for IIIT-Delhi).
- Enter valid bank account details belonging to you or an immediate family member (for refund purposes).
- Confirm your registration form. Note that no edits are permitted after confirmation.
- Pay the non-refundable registration-cum-counselling fee of Rs. 1,500/- online through the payment gateway.

JAC Delhi 2026 Selection Process
Seats will be allotted through online counselling conducted in 4 regular rounds followed by 1 Spot Round (subject to availability of seats). The allotment process differs slightly depending on the institution.
- NSUT, DTU, IGDTUW, DSEU: Allotment based on All India Common Rank List (CRL) in JEE (Main) 2026 Paper-I.
- IIIT-Delhi: Allotment based on JEE (Main) 2026 percentile score in Paper-I plus bonus points (up to 2 points) for achievements in Olympiads, Sports, Chess, Culture, and other areas.
- B.Arch. (NSUT and IGDTUW): Allotment based on CRL Rank in JEE (Main) 2026 Paper-II.
Candidates who are allotted a seat must pay the Seat Acceptance Fee of Rs. 95,000/- and report physically at the allotted institute for document verification to confirm their admission. Admitted candidates who have not frozen their seat are automatically considered for upgradation in subsequent rounds based on their submitted choices.
