What is the JTET 2026 Candidate Validation Process?

The Candidate Validation Process is a mandatory verification step introduced by JAC for a specific set of JTET 2024 registered candidates — namely, those whose previously recorded mobile number and e-mail ID are no longer available or have become inactive. Only after successful validation will such candidates be permitted to fill the JTET 2026 application form. The process involves the following steps:

  1. OTP Verification: Candidates must verify their new mobile number and e-mail ID on the portal through OTP.
  2. Entry of Personal & Academic Details: Candidates must then enter their personal and educational details on the portal.
  3. Data Matching: The information provided will be matched against the data originally filled by the same candidate during JTET 2024 registration.
  4. Eligibility Confirmation: Only candidates whose newly entered information matches 100% with their JTET 2024 data will be considered eligible to fill the JTET 2026 application form.
  5. Final Application Window: Once data matching and validation is complete, valid/verified candidates can fill the JTET 2026 application form online from 20th August to 31st August 2026. This is being provided as the sole and final opportunity — no representations or requests will be entertained after this date.

Important Note: If any inconsistency or discrepancy is found between the information provided during validation and the previously filled JTET 2024 data, the candidate will not be considered eligible to fill the JTET 2026 application form. Providing incorrect or unverified information will lead to outright rejection of the application.

Who Needs to Complete the JTET 2026 Candidate Validation?

This validation opportunity is available only for those candidates whose mobile number and e-mail ID given at the time of JTET 2024 registration are presently unavailable or inaccessible. This facility will not be extended to any other candidate.
