1. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Master’s degree in Bioinformatics or Computer Science and NET qualification.
OR
ii) M.Tech degree in Bioinformatics or Computer Science/ Engineering.
Desirable: Efficiency to handle agricultural databases and bioinformatics tool development.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25000/- per month.
2. TRAINEESHIP
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc./ M.Tech in Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science with 60 % marks from a recognized University.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10,000/- per month.
The vacancies are for DBT funded project entitled “Distributed Information Centre under BTISnet”. The candidates will be appointed on Temporary basis.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
