Unit wise vacancies:
i) Trombay: 25 posts
ii) Thal: 25 posts
Educational Qualification:
Full time & regular B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree with Physics as one of the subjects during any of the 03 years course of B.Sc. Degree and NCVT in the AO (CP) trade. The candidates should have secured minimum 50% marks in last year (or Average/ Aggregate of last two semesters) of B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree Course (45% for SC/ST category candidates). The NCVT in AO(CP) Trade is necessarily be completed after passing of B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree.
OR
Full time & regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ Technology with 50% marks in last year (or Average/ Aggregate of last two semesters) of the Diploma Course (45% for SC/ST category candidates) having completed one-year training (BOAT).
OR
04 years’ full time & regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ Technology with 50% marks in last year (or Average/ Aggregate of last two semesters) of the Diploma Course (45% for SC/ST category candidates) under Sandwich Pattern (04 year course including one year industrial training).
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 01.06.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-21500/-
Only candidates who are domicile of Maharashtra state are eligible to apply for the above post. Candidates possessing higher qualifications are not eligible to apply for the post. Candidates appearing in Final Examination are also not eligible to apply.
The selected candidates will undergo training for one year and will be paid consolidated stipend of Rs. 9000/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Trade Test and Pre-Employment Medical Test. The written test and trade test will be held in Mumbai.
