1. PROGRAMME OFFICER – DISTRICT MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMME (DMHP)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: MD in Psychiatry or equivalent degree from recognized Institution.
Preferential Qualification: Two years experience of working as a Specialist in hospital.
Age Limit: Maximum 64 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.50,000/- per month.

 

2. PSYCHIATRIC NURSE – DISTRICT MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMME (DMHP)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: General Nursing plus Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing or General Nurse with one month training in Psychiatric Nursing.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- for Psychiatric Nurse (M.Sc- Psych nursing or DPN) and Rs.15,000/- for General Nursing per month.

 

3. BLOCK ACCOUNTS MANAGER – NATIONAL RURAL HEALTH MISSION (NHM)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) B.Com from a recognized University with advanced knowledge of Computer Accounting specially Tally ERP.
ii) Experience in Computer Accounting.
iii) Preference will be given to candidates having residence in the block.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16,860/- per month.

 

4. ACCOUNT PERSONNEL – NATIONAL RURAL HEALTH MISSION (NHM)

Educational Qualification: i) B.Com from a recognized University with advanced knowledge of Computer Accounting specially Tally ERP.
ii) Experience in Computer Accounting.
iii) Preference will be given to candidates having residence in the district.

5. SAHAYIKA/ ATTENDANT (ONLY FOR FEMALE) – NUTRITION REHABILITATION CENTERS (NRC)

Educational Qualification: i) H.S Passed.
ii) Preference will be given to local candidates.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.

6. MALARIA TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR (MTS) – NATIONAL VECTOR BORNE DISEASE CONTROL PROGRAMME (NVBDCP)

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate from the Biology stream areas. In case a candidate with the desired qualification is not available, a Graduate with Science subject in Class-XII will be considered.
ii) The candidate should have a valid two wheeler driving license.
Preferential:
i) The candidate should be resident of Cooch Behar district.
ii) Experienced candidate in health related programme.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.

7. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN – NATIONAL VECTOR BORNE DISEASE CONTROL PROGRAMME (NVBDCP)

Educational Qualification: Graduate from the Biology/ Chemistry/ Micro Biology. In case, where the candidate with the desired qualification is not available, a Graduate with Science subject in Class XI & XII will be considered.
Preferential Qualification: One year practical experience in Medical/ Biological Laboratories will be given preference.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,220/- per month.

 

8. STAFF NURSE (NUHM)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (Retired Person)
Educational Qualification: i) Completed GNM training course from an Indian Nursing Council/ West Bengal Nursing Council.
OR
Should have completed B.Sc Nursing Course.
ii) Must be registered under West Bengal Nursing Council.
iii) Candidates should have proficiency in local language.
Age Limit: Maximum 64 years as on 01/01/2019.

9. LAB TECHNICIAN (URBAN PRIMARY HEALTH CENTER) – NATIONAL URBAN HEALTH MISSION (NUHM)

Educational Qualification: i) Higher Secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized Board/ Institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.

10. LADY COUNSELLOR (RASHTRIYA KISHOR SWASTHYA KARYAKRAM) – ADOLESCENT FRIENDLY HEALTH CLINIC (AFHC)

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development.
ii) Maximum 05 years experience in Govt. Health Sector is preferential.

13. GENERAL NURSE & MIDWIFE (GNM) – NUTRITION REHABILITATION CENTERS (NRC)

Educational Qualification: i) Completed B.Sc Nursing course/ GNM training course from any recognized Institute.
ii) The candidates should be able to read, write and speak in Bengali.
iii) Candidate must be the permanent resident of the district applied for.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,220/- per month.
