Zoological Survey of India is recruiting eligible candidates for 04 posts of Junior Project Fellow. The vacancies are for the Project entitled “Distribution and population assessment of Striped Hyena (Hyaena hyaena), Indian Wolf (Canis lupus pallipes), Golden Jackal (Canis aureus), Leopard cat (Prionailurus bengalensis), and Wild Boar (Sus scrofa) in South West Bengal State for conservation and management planning” funded by West Bengal Forest and Biodiversity Conservation Project. The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis initially for a period of One year and extendable further. JUNIOR PROJECT FELLOW
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M. Sc. in Wildlife Biology/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/ Environmental Science/ Bio-technology or equivalent from a recognized University.
Desirable: Experience of working in Wildlife Conservation and knowledge of Computer and basic field, data collection, field photography etc.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 29.10.2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 14, 000/- per month.
