1. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF) (SUBJECT CODE: JRF- 01)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree (M.Sc or equivalent) in Chemistry with 1st division and NET qualification conducted by CSIR-UGC (NET) MHRD GATE or JEST.
OR
Graduate degree in professional course (BE/ B.Tech) in Biotechnology/ Chemical Engineering in 1st division with CSIR-UGC (NET)/ GATE qualification.
OR
Postgraduate (ME/ M.Tech) degree in Biotechnology/ Chemical Engineering in 1st division both at Graduate and Postgraduate level.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 20/06/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
2. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF) (SUBJECT CODE: JRF- 02)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in professional course (B.Tech/ BE) in Electronics with 1st division with CSIR-UGC NET/ GATE qualification.
OR
Postgraduate (M.Tech) degree in Electronics with 1st division both at Graduate and Postgraduate level.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 20/06/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
3. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF) WITH OWN FELLOWSHIP FROM ANY APPROVED NATIONAL AGENCY (CODE: JRF-03)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences/ Biomedical Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology with 1st division wherever division or equivalent grading is awarded with CSIR-UGC NET qualification.
ii) CSIR/ UGC/ ICMR/ DBT/ DST qualified with valid fellowship.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 20/06/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
The candidates will be appointed for a period of two (02) years, which may be extended further and upgraded to Senior Research Fellow (SRF) as per rules.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/PH and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Walk-in-Interview. The Interview will be held on 20th June, 2019 at Defence Bioengineering and Electromedical Laboratory (DEBEL) Compound, DRDO, ADE Campus, CV Raman Nagar, Suranjan Das Road, Bangalore – 560093. Reporting time for the Interview is from 09:00 AM to 09:30 AM. Written Test may be conducted depending on the number of candidates appearing for the Interview.
