KEA PGCET Notification 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Only candidates who fulfill the required eligibility criteria as mentioned in the information bulletin are eligible to apply.
Educational Qualification
- For MBA: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration from a recognized university.
- For MCA: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level.
- For M.E./M.Tech: Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination in the relevant field of Engineering/Technology.
Note: The entrance exam for M.E./M.Tech will be conducted only for Civil, Computer Science, Mechanical, and Electrical Sciences subjects. - For M.Arch: Candidates must have a valid score in PGETA-2026 conducted by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.
Special Notes:
- GATE-qualified candidates in Engineering and Technology are eligible for admission to M.Tech programmes and do not need to appear for PGCET-2026, but they must register online.
- PGCET will not be conducted for Bio-Technology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Polymer Science, and Textile Technology. Admissions to these subjects will be based on marks obtained in the respective degree examination.
