The post shall carry the scale of pay (Pre revised) of Rs. 5,200/- to Rs. 20,200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2,400/- with Dearness Allowance, House rent and other allowances as admissible under 6th Pay Commission at present. Bank is in process of implementation of 7th Pay Commission salary.
Kendrapara UCB Bank Probation Period 2026
A candidate appointed as Manager / Assistant Manager shall be on probation for a period of 12 months. On successful completion of probation, he/she shall be confirmed in the services of the Bank. In case of unsatisfactory performance, he/she will be given another six months’ time for improvement in performance and his/her performance shall be reviewed thereafter on the basis of which he/she shall be confirmed in the services on own merit or discharged.
