1. Librarian — Academic Pay Level-10

Essential Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or equivalent with at least 55% marks; consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization/digitalization of library; cleared NET conducted by UGC/CSIR or similar test OR Ph.D. Degree as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016.

Desirable: PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or equivalent.

2. Assistant — Pay Level-4 (Age: 32 years)

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Institute/University; two years’ experience as Junior Assistant/equivalent in University/Research Establishment/Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies or equivalent pay package in reputed private company with annual turnover of at least Rs. 200 crore or more; Speed in English Typing at 35 wpm or Hindi Typing at 30 wpm. Proficiency in Computer operations required.

3. Lab Assistant (Home Science) — Pay Level-4 (Age: 32 years)

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with minimum two years of working and maintenance experience of sophisticated scientific instruments in the Laboratory. The relevant subject will be as decided by the university as per the functional requirement of the department concerned. Experience should be in University/Research establishment/Central/State Govt./PSU and autonomous bodies or private organization of repute with annual turnover of minimum Rs. 200 crore.

4. Junior Assistant — Pay Level-2 (Age: 32 years)

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized Institute/University; English Typing at 35 wpm OR Hindi Typing at 30 wpm; Proficiency in Computer Operations.

5. Library Attendant — Pay Level-1 (Age: 32 years)

Essential Qualifications: 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board; Certificate course in Library Science from a recognized Institution. Candidates shall be assessed for knowledge of Computer Applications.

6. Lab Attendant (Home Science / Computer) — Pay Level-1 (Age: 32 years)
