1. SENIOR MANAGER (LEGAL)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Degree in law (full time) from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Experience: i) Minimum 12 years post qualification experience.
ii) Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical Industry.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 31/05/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.90000-240000/-
2. HR OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (SC-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: MBA Degree with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA.
OR
PG Degree/ PG Diploma in HR/ PM&IR/ Labour Welfare from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA.
OR
Master in Social Work with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Experience: One year post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 31/05/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.60000-180000/-
The place of posting for Senior Manager Legal may be at Head Office New Delhi/ Gurugram. Place of posting for HR Officer will be at construction sites only.
Note: The candidates should essentially have proficiency in Computer knowledge.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview. The Interview will be held preferably at Delhi.
