I. NAME OF THE POSTS & VACANCIES:
Senior Manager (HR): 01 post
Deputy Manager (HR): 02 posts
Assistant Manager (HR): 01 post
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations of minimum 02 years duration or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/ HR or equivalent from recognized University with first class 60% of marks or equivalent CGPA (for SC/ST/PWD candidates 55% of marks or equivalent CGPA).
Preferred Additional Qualifications: Degree in Law / Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws.
Experience:
i) Minimum 13 years for the post of Sr. Manager (HR).
ii) Minimum 07 years for the post of Dy. Manager (HR).
iii) Minimum 04 years for the post of Asstt. Manager (HR).
Age Limit: Maximum 34 years for Asstt. Manager (HR), 37 years for Dy. Manager (HR) & 44 years for Sr. Manager (HR) as on 01.08.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.32,900 – 58,000/- for Sr. Manager (HR), Rs 24,900 – 50,500/- for Dy. Manager (HR) & Rs 20,600 – 46,500/- for Asstt. Manager (HR).

Additional General Manager (Finance): 01 post
Senior Manager (Finance): 02 posts
Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Pass/ Cost and Works Accountant of India (ICWA) Pass / MBA in Finance with minimum 60% of marks or equivalent CGPA (for SC/ST/PH candidates 55% of marks or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized University / Institute.
Experience: (i) Minimum 19 years post qualification experience for Addl. GM (Finance) and (ii) Minimum 13 years post qualification experience for Sr. Manager (Finance).
Age Limit: Maximum 52 years for Addl. GM (Finance) & maximum 44 years for Sr. Manager (Finance) as on 01.08.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.43,200 – 66,000/- for Addl. GM (Finance) & Rs.32,900 – 58,000/- for Sr. Manager (Finance).
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
