The vacancies are in different Railway Hospitals/ Health Units of Katihar Division of Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR). The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis for a period not exceeding One year. GENERAL DUTY MEDICAL OFFICER (GDMO)
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos.
Hospital/ Health Unit wise vacancies:
i) Railway Hospital/ NJP: 01 post
ii) SGUJ Colony Health Unit: 01 post
iii) TDH Railway Hospital: 01 post
iv) Railway Hospital/ KIR: 03 posts
Educational Qualification: i) Should possess MBBS Degree from a recognized University and must have completed rotating Internship for one year.
ii) Should be in possession of a valid Registration Certificate of the Medical Council of India.
Age Limit: Maximum 60 years as on 01/04/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.75,000/- per month.
2. SPECIALIST
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Hospital/ Health Unit wise vacancies:
i) Railway Hospital/ NJP: 02 posts (Psychiatry-01, Surgery-01)
ii) Railway Hospital/ KIR: 02 posts (Medicine-01, Orthopedic-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Should possess MBBS Degree with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in respective subject as a specialist from a recognized University.
ii) Should be registered by Medical Council of India.
Age Limit: Maximum 60 years as on 01/04/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.95,000/- for 1st year & Rs.105,000/- for 2nd year onwards per month.
The vacancies are in different Railway Hospitals/ Health Units of Katihar Division of Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR). The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis for a period not exceeding One year.
Note: Those doctors who have already been engaged for 12 terms in Indian Railway need not apply.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
