National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) is inviting application from the eligible candidates for the posts of Law Clerks. The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis for a period of One year and may be extended for a further period of One year, purely on the basis of performance of the candidate. NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION (NCDRC) IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR THE POSTS OF LAW CLERKS. LAST DATE — 22/05/2019

 

LAW CLERKS

Educational Qualification:

i) Must be a Law Graduate having a Bachelor Degree in Law (including Integrated Degree Course in Law) with 50% minimum marks in first attempt from any recognized School/ College/ University/ Institution and recognised by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.

ii) The candidate must have knowledge of Computer Application including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/ processes such as Manupatra, SCC Online, CPJ Online, etc.

Note:-
Candidates studying/ appearing in the Final Year Examination are also eligible to apply.

 

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 22/05/2019.

 

Consolidated Pay: Rs.50,000/- per month.

 

The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis for a period of One year and may be extended for a further period of One year, purely on the basis of performance of the candidate.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.

The envelope containing the print-out/enclosures should be superscribed on top with — “ENGAGEMENT OF LAW CLERKS TO THE HON’BLE MEMBERS”

 

Last Date and Address: The duly filled Application form along with enclosures should reach at the following address — The Registrar, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Upbhokta Nyay Bhawan, F- Block, G.P.O. Complex, INA, New Delhi- 110023, on or before 22/05/2019.
