NIFTEE 2026 Stage 1 Shortlisting Criteria
Shortlisting for Stage 2, which comprises the Situation Test, Studio Test, and/or Personal Interview (as applicable), has been done on the basis of candidates’ performance in Stage 1 and in accordance with the approved category-wise seat matrix and shortlisting criteria laid down by the NIFT.
- As per the criteria, candidates have been shortlisted in the ratio of 1:4 (one seat to four candidates), category-wise.
- For PwD candidates, the shortlisting was done with the additional condition that they must have secured at least 50% of the cut-off marks of their respective category.
