- Shift Manager (CE-07): Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal) + 7 years post-qualification experience in coal mining (including 3 years after obtaining 1st class certificate).
- Welfare Officer (CE-06): University degree with MBA (HR) or Master’s/PG Diploma in Social Science/Labour Welfare + 4 years experience in mining sector.
- Assistant Shift In-charge (CE-06): Degree in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal) + 4 years experience in opencast coal mines.
- Assistant Colliery Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical): Degree in relevant engineering discipline + 4 years relevant experience.
- Assistant Safety Officer (CE-06): Degree in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal) + 4 years experience in opencast coal mines.
