1. OFFICER ON SPECIAL DUTY (OSD)

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any subject from a reputed Institution.

Educational Qualification: i) Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management/ Public Administration or in any subject from a reputed Institution.
ii) Good communication skills in English and good working knowledge of Computer Applications.
Experience: Minimum 07 years (05 years for SC/ST) of experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 35 years and maximum 45 years as on 13/04/2019.

3. JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed Institution, preferably with experience or additional qualification in handling electrical work.
ii) Post-Graduate degree or diploma in Management may be an added advantage.
iii) Good working knowledge of Computer Operations and use of engineering software applications like CAD is preferred.
iv) Knowledge of installation and maintenance of electronic equipment will be an added advantage.
v) Should have good communication skills in English.

Name of Academic Areas: Finance, Marketing, Operations, Economics, Strategy, MIS & Organisation Behaviour/ Human Resource Management.
Educational Qualification: i) First class PG in relevant field or PG with thesis/ M.Phil. with or without experience/ Ph.D. with or without experience.
ii) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 13/04/2019.
10. TRAINEE (ADMINISTRATION, IT & TECHNICAL SUPPORT)
Educational Qualification:
i) For Administration:- Graduation in any subject or an equivalent professional qualification with 01 year post-qualification experience.
ii) For IT & Technical Support:- Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ IT with 01 year post-qualification experience.
iii) Good knowledge in MS- Office with other computer related tasks is essential.
Note: Candidates who have already undergone traineeship at IIM Rohtak need not apply.
Age Limit: Below 30 years as on 13/04/2019.
