Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria for their desired post.
1. Deputy Registrar (Group A)
- Pay Level: 12
- Age Limit: 50 Years
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Experience:
- Direct Recruitment: Five years of experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post in Pay Level 10 and above.
- Deputation: Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis, or with five years of regular service in Pay Level 11, or eight years of regular service in Pay Level 10 in Central/State Government, Universities, and other autonomous organisations.
2. Assistant Registrar (Group A)
- Pay Level: 10
- Age Limit: 40 Years
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Selection: Appointment shall be made through an All India open competition by conducting a written test and interview.
3. Public Relation Officer (Group A)

4. Section Officer (Group B)
