Selected candidates will undergo training and upon successful completion will be absorbed in a regular pay scale.

- After Training (DT/JOT): Absorbed as Junior Engineer/Officer Gr-IV (S1 level) – Pay Scale Rs. 25,000-3%-1,17,500/- (IDA) with annual CTC of approx. Rs. 12.7 Lakhs.
