CSIR- National Chemical Laboratory is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 06 posts of Project Assistant- II and Research Associate- I. The vacancies are for the project entitled “Scalable synthesis of multifunctional materials for advanced applications (batch processing/ flow synthesis)”. The candidates will be appointed on Temporary basis initially for a period of six (06) months which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the project/ satisfactory performance of the candidates. CSIR- NATIONAL CHEMICAL LABORATORY IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 06 POSTS OF PROJECT ASSISTANT- II AND RESEARCH ASSOCIATE- I. LAST DATE — 14/01/2019

 

1. PROJECT ASSISTANT- II
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry/ Physics/ Material Science/ Nanotechnology or B.E (Chemical Engineering) or equivalent with minimum 55% marks from recognized University.
Desirable: Nanomaterials/ flow synthesis/ Process development/ computational chemistry/ NMR/ electrochemical energy storage.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25000/- per month.

 

2. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE- I
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M. Tech. (Material Science, Nanotechnology/ Chemical Engineering) or equivalent with two years of experience/ PhD.
Desirable: Nanomaterials/ flow synthesis/ Process development/ computational chemistry/ NMR/ electrochemical energy storage.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.36000/- per month.

 

The vacancies are for the project entitled “Scalable synthesis of multifunctional materials for advanced applications (batch processing/ flow synthesis)”. The candidates will be appointed on Temporary basis initially for a period of six (06) months which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the project/ satisfactory performance of the candidates.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview. The Interview will be held in Polymer and Advanced Materials Laboratory (PAML) A wing of the National Chemical Laboratory at 10 a.m. on 24/01/2019.
