Selected candidates will be engaged on a purely temporary and contractual basis. During the engagement period, candidates will receive the following monthly honorarium:

Additional Details:
- A fixed honorarium of Rs. 50,000/- per month without any dearness or other allowance/perquisite shall be payable to the Legal Researcher.
- Proportionate reduction of honorarium shall be made for unauthorized absence, so also for absence beyond permissible period of leave.
- The engagement shall be for a term of two years but initial engagement will be made for six months, subject to performance.
- After successful completion of two year term, a further extension for a period of one year may be given to deserving cases.
- The engagement shall not entail person concerned to claim any kind of benefit including regular appointment.
