Rajasthan RSSB Computer Instructor Eligibility Criteria 2026
Before applying, candidates must ensure they fulfill all the eligibility conditions as on the last date of application.
Educational Qualification
For Senior Computer Instructor, candidates must hold an ME/M.Tech in CS/IT/ECE/EE/EEE/ETE/EIE, OR M.Sc. in CS/IT, OR MCA/’B’ Level/’C’ Level, or any equivalent or higher qualification recognized by the Government, along with working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
For Basic Computer Instructor, candidates must hold a Graduate degree with ‘A’ Level/PGDCA (minimum one year), OR B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE/EE/EEE/EIC/TIE, OR B.Sc. in CS/IT, OR BCA from a recognized university, or any equivalent or higher qualification recognized by the Government, along with working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
Candidates appearing in their final year examination of the prescribed qualification are also eligible to apply, but must obtain the qualification before the date of the examination.

- Visit the SSO Portal at http://sso.rajasthan.gov.in and log in using your SSO ID.
- Go to Citizen Apps (G2C) → Recruitment Portal and click “Apply Now” for Advertisement No. 07/2026.
- If you have not yet completed OTR (One Time Registration), complete it first by paying the prescribed fee and entering your category, disability status, and home state details carefully.

RSSB Computer Instructor Selection Process 2026
Selection will be based on a Written Competitive Examination (CBT/TBT/OMR-based). The examination will be conducted in two papers for both posts, carrying a total of 200 marks.

RSSB Computer Instructor Salary 2026
Selected candidates will be placed in the 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix. Basic Computer Instructors will be at Pay Matrix Level-8 and Senior Computer Instructors at Level-10. During the two-year probation period, a fixed monthly remuneration (as decided by the Government from time to time) will be paid, without any additional allowances such as HRA, DA, or special pay. On successful completion of probation — including training, examination, and confirmation requirements — candidates will be placed in the full pay scale with all admissible allowances.
