RCF Management Trainee Salary & Benefits 2026
Selected candidates for the post of Management Trainee will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lump sum stipend of Rs. 60,000/- per month. Free lodging facility will be provided at company’s hostel, if posted at Trombay/Thal.
After successful completion of one year training they will be absorbed in E1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 40000 – 140000/-. The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (51.80%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (30%) and other allowances which works out to Rs. 86,320/- approximately.
