The candidates will be appointed on Direct Recruitment in the Madras High Court Services. MADRAS HIGH COURT INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 180 POSTS OF RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT. LAST DATE — 12/06/2019

 

1. RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT

No. of Vacancies: 180 Nos.

 

Educational Qualification:

i) Pass in VIII Standard or its equivalent.
ii) Preference will be given to candidates having:-

a) One year Craft Course under Regular Stream, in the field of House Keeping/ Food and Beverage/ Cooking/ Bakery from a recognized Institute with 02 years working experience in the respective field and with a knowledge to converse fluently in Tamil and English.
b) Those who are having valid LMV driving license.

 

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 01/07/2019.

 

Pay Scale: Rs.15,700-50,000/-

 

The candidates will be appointed on Direct Recruitment in the Madras High Court Services. The selected candidates will be posted either at the Principal Seat at Madras or at Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court, Madurai.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST/ MBC & DC/ BC/BCM category. Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

Reserved Category candidates from the states other than Tamil Nadu and Union Territory of Puducherry shall be treated as General Category candidates.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Practical Test and Oral Test. The Written Examination will be held at Chennai and/ or any other place as decided by the Court. Practical Test and Oral Test will be held at Chennai.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.500/- as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Bank only by means of Fee Payment Challan. Fee Challan can be downloaded from the official website of Madras High Court. See officially released advertisement for more details.

NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST/PWD/DESTITUTE WIDOW OF ALL COMMUNITIES.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
