High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh is recruiting 102 persons for the posts of — “Restorer”. The interested candidates may apply on prescribed application format which can be collected from concerned counter or can be request by post. Higher Secondary pass candidates may apply. Selection will be through Written Examination. Eligibility norm and criteria in brief is given below—
1. Restorer: 102 Nos. (Gen—83; SC/ST/BC—11; Ex-Serviceman—5; PH—3)
Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) pass from any recognised board. Preference will be given to the candidates who have knowledge of computer.
Pay scale: Rs.5910—Rs.20200 and Grade pay of Rs.2400 plus other allowances.
Age limit: candidates must be between 18yrs to 30yrs as on 03/09/2012. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST/BC—3yrs; PH—10yrs; Ex-serviceman – as per norms.
Selection steps: Candidates will be selected through Written Examination of 30 marks (English Composition and General Knowledge) and then Practical test and Interview. Practical test will be also of 30 marks will be on proficiency in operation of computers such as MS Word, Spread sheets & Internet use.
Qualified candidates will be then go for Interview of 40 marks. Date and venue of Written Examination/ Interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course.
How to Apply: Candidates should apply on prescribed application form. Application can be collected on any working day at the Counters (near Post Office) in High Court premise at cash payment of Rs.200 (Rs.100 in case of SC/ST/BC/PH and Ex-serviceman).
Application form can be also obtained by post by sending a Bank Draft of Rs. 250 (Rs.150 in case of SC/ST/BC/PH and Ex-SErv.) in favour of – Register General, High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh and payable at—Chandigarh. The envelope should be superscribed on top – “REQUEST FOR FORM FOR THE POST OF RESTORER”.
Application form by post can be obtained on and within 25/08/2012.
Enclose the application form with attested copies of testimonials and documents in support of Qualification, Age, Caste, Certificates and Etc and then submit it within the scheduled date, given below.
Last Date of Application: The Application form should reach in the Despatch Branch of the Court within 03 September 2012.
