RFCL Selection Process 2026
- Applications will be scrutinized, and eligible candidates provisionally shortlisted for a Personal Interview.
- If a large number of applications are received, a Computer-Based Test may be conducted in Delhi-NCR or other cities for shortlisting (no TA/boarding/lodging provided for this test).
- Candidates must secure a minimum average of 50% marks in the Personal Interview to qualify.
- Tie-breaking: Percentage in qualifying examination first, then date of birth (older candidate ranked higher).
- Travel Reimbursement for Interview: E-5 to E-8 candidates get single return air fare (economy)/AC I rail fare/road mileage; E-1 to E-4 candidates get to-and-fro AC II rail fare from the nearest railway station.
- Selection is provisional, subject to verification of degree certificates, caste/PwBD certificates, and other testimonials.
Note: Selected candidates may be posted at any RFCL Unit/Office at the discretion of Management and must be willing to serve anywhere in India, in general and/or rotating shifts (including night shifts).
